Family means everything to me. My husband and I have been married for 10 years and we have two amazing children, Luke (7) and Olivia (6). My other passions in life include learning and growing. I’m a natural problem solver. I love the challenge of learning new technology and computer programs that increase our efficiencies.
I graduated from Sandia High School in Albuquerque before earning an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Integrated Studies from Central New Mexico Community College.
Before I joined ACTION Recruiting, I spent more than a decade in a variety of customer service roles working for two large organizations: Albertsons Market and New Mexico Gas Company.
I’m a dedicated individual who works hard to achieve the best outcome. I take pride in being organized, reliable, dedicated, patient, empathetic, passionate, and obtainable.
I’m really enjoying learning all aspects of the ACTION Recruiting operation. My days are spent juggling a variety of responsibilities including:
- financial, administrative, and clerical aspects of the company
- database management
- candidate sourcing
- special projects
- report generation
- team support
Maintaining a heathy work-life balance is notably an important part of my life. In my spare time, I love to explore the outdoors with my family, and I enjoy true crime documentaries and podcasts.
