Chad has spent most of the last decade in Harley-Davidson dealerships in Texas as a skilled business leader, strategist, and data analyst. He has a proven track record of building successful teams, scaling revenue growth, and enabling change management across business functions. 

Chad is a 20-year retired Army veteran, having held leadership positions for 18 years, including four years in combat and three additional years of non-combat deployments. During his military service, Chad learned that helping others grow is one of life’s most personally satisfying aspects. His post-retirement career has allowed him to continue to capitalize on those opportunities.

Chad comes to ACTION Recruiting with professional education and in-depth work experience in marketing, sales enablement, and data research. He is an MBA candidate at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas, where he remains on the Dean’s List.
