Technician (Master or B-Level) | Honda

One of our confidential dealership clients in Northern California is seeking a Honda Master or experienced B-Level Technician to join their top-tier service team. If you’re passionate about powersports and ready to work in a well-equipped shop with a great team, this is your opportunity.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precise, efficient repairs and thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Honda motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides (SxSs)
• Utilize Honda-specific certifications and factory training to deliver high-quality results
• Ensure clear communication with parts and service teams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
• Exhibit leadership qualities and assist in cross-departmental collaboration

What We’re Looking For:

• Honda factory training and/or certifications strongly preferred
• Experience with motorcycles, ATVs, and SxSs is required
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lead by example and support team performance
