A busy Harley-Davidson dealership in South Central Pennsylvania has an immediate opening for a Technician at all experience levels. The service department is currently booked out several weeks, creating strong demand for additional technician support. This dealership trains quickly and will get the right candidate certified as needed — prior Harley-Davidson certification is a plus but not required.

Position Overview

The Technician will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles at a skill level appropriate to experience, with a clear path to training and certification.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs according to skill level
• Complete manufacturer training and certification as provided by the dealership
• Maintain accurate repair records and communicate with service advisors
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet efficiency and quality standards on assigned work

Qualifications:

• Technicians at all experience levels encouraged to apply
• Harley-Davidson or powersports technical experience a plus
• Own basic hand tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop
