Technician (all levels) | Harley-Davidson

We are representing a multi-location dealership group in Texas seeking Harley-Davidson Technicians at all levels (C-Level through Master). Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on Harley-Davidson motorcycles
• Execute work efficiently within a flat-rate pay structure
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and organization
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented shop environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Flat-rate pay plan: $20–$38 per flagged hour, based on experience and efficiency
