Technician (A or B-Level) | Powersports

A large, rapidly growing powersports dealership is expanding its service department and hiring two A-Level Technicians and two B-Level Technicians. This is a high-throughput operation with strong leadership, consistent workflow, and long-term career upside for skilled technicians who take pride in quality work and productivity.

Open Positions & Compensation

A-Level Technicians
$90,000 – $120,000 annual earning potential
Senior-level diagnostic and repair responsibility

B-Level Technicians
$80,000 – $90,000 annual earning potential
Strong mechanical foundation with room to advance

What You’ll Be Working On

• Diagnose, repair, and service motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, boats, and related powersports equipment
• Perform work to OEM standards with a “fixed right the first time” mindset
• Handle repair orders efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Identify additional service needs and support overall shop productivity
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Stay current on technical training, certifications, and service bulletins
• Support daily service operations in a fast-paced dealership setting

What We’re Looking For

A-Level Techs

• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting capability
• Proven experience in a high-volume dealership environment
• Strong efficiency, consistency, and workmanship standards

B-Level Techs

• Solid mechanical and diagnostic foundation
• Experience servicing powersports or related equipment
• Coachable, motivated, and ready to grow into an A-level role

Schedule & Environment

• Tuesday–Saturday schedule
• Busy retail service department with strong workflow
• Hands-on role requiring standing, lifting, and tool use
