Technician (A or B-Level) | Marine

 

Our dealership client in the South Central US is actively seeking several reliable, self-assured, and experienced Marine Technicians of all levels for their thriving, year-round marine dealership group. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established team that services a diverse lineup of fishing, cruising, and wake-sports watercraft.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, maintain, and repair a variety of boats, including fishing, cruising, and wakeboarding/surfing vessels
• Diagnose technical issues with precision and efficiency
• Ensure high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area
• Collaborate with service advisors, parts staff, and fellow technicians
• Demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a marine technician
• Formal training and/or certifications strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Solid communication skills and customer service mindset
• Strong work ethic and self-discipline
