Position Overview

The Service Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, writing up repair orders, communicating status and pricing, and ensuring a smooth, high-quality service experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and write up accurate, detailed repair orders
• Communicate service recommendations, timelines, and pricing clearly to customers
• Partner with technicians to keep jobs moving and customers updated
• Upsell maintenance and repair services where appropriate
• Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSI) scores

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor; powersports experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Working knowledge of service department workflow and shop management systems
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
