Position Overview
The Sales Manager will oversee all aspects of the sales department, managing a team of approximately 15 sales professionals. This role requires strong leadership, process discipline, and the ability to drive performance through coaching, accountability, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-volume sales team across daily operations
- Drive unit sales, gross profit, and overall department performance
- Recruit, train, coach, and retain top sales talent
- Enforce CRM discipline, follow-up standards, and deal structure consistency
- Collaborate closely with F&I, Parts, and Service to maximize store performance
- Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and implement improvement strategies
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven sales leadership experience in a high-volume dealership environment
- Powersports, automotive, RV, or marine retail experience strongly preferred
- Track record of managing and motivating large sales teams
- Performance-driven, organized, and comfortable with accountability
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
