Sales Manager | Powersports
Location: Mid-Atlantic, US
Compensation: $100k-$120k
Our client is hiring an experienced Powersports Sales Manager with a strong record of team leadership, unit growth, and margin control. The right candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment and is passionate about powersports.
Our client is a high-volume, multi-line powersports dealership representing five major OEM brands and serving a three-county trade area of over 1.3 million residents. Located just 100 miles from the Atlantic Ocean, this community offers easy access to vibrant beaches, boardwalks, and year-round attractions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales department to meet all goals
- Oversee new and pre-owned sales operations, including inventory, pricing, and reconditioning
- Recruit, train, and develop a sales team focused on customer satisfaction
- Monitor key metrics, lead sources, and conversion rates to improve performance
- Partner w/ F&I, Parts/Service to ensure seamless transactions and profitability
- Maintain effective sales processes and CRM discipline
- Support local marketing, events, and promotions to increase traffic and awareness
- Ensure compliance with OEM programs and reporting requirements
- Maintain a clean, customer-friendly showroom environment
- Foster a positive culture built on integrity, accountability, and enthusiasm
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of retail sales leadership experience in powersports, marine, motorcycle, or automotive industries
- Knowledge of dealership operations, CRM/DMS systems, and OEM reporting
- Proven success in hiring, training, and retaining strong performers
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer relationship skills
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about the powersports lifestyle
- Clean record and valid driver’s license.
