An established, high-end European motorcycle dealership on Florida’s coast is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and elevate its sales operation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily sales operations across showroom and inbound leads
- Drive unit volume, closing ratios, and gross performance
- Recruit, train, and develop a strong sales team
- Establish accountability through KPIs, CRM usage, and structured follow-up
- Partner with ownership and F&I to maximize total dealership profitability
- Maintain a high-energy, customer-focused showroom culture
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 5 years of sales team management experience in powersports or motorcycle retail
- KPI-savvy with a strong understanding of performance metrics, reporting, and accountability
- Proven Sales Manager or high-performing Sales Lead background
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to recruit, motivate, and hold a team accountable
- Process-driven with disciplined CRM and follow-up execution
- Passion for motorcycles and enthusiast culture
