Sales Associate | Powersports

A growing powersports dealership is seeking a motivated Sales Professional to support showroom traffic, guide customers through product selection, and deliver a high-quality buying experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning product details, and contributing to a team-driven sales environment.

What You’ll Do

• Engage walk-in, phone, and online customers
• Assist buyers with motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and related products
• Follow a structured sales process from greeting to delivery
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales documentation
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Service teams

What They’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn products and sales processes
• Prior sales experience helpful, not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
