Parts & eComm Manager | Powersports & Marine
Location: Southeast, US
Compensation: $65K-$85K
This high-volume destination dealership is a one-stop superstore for powersports and marine enthusiasts. The operation represents five leading powersports OEMs alongside nine premium boat lines, offering everything from surf, ski, and pontoon boats to ATVs, motorcycles, side-by-sides, PWC, and fishing rigs.
We are seeking a dynamic, revenue-driven Parts & E-Commerce Manager to lead the Parts & Accessories Department for both marine and powersports divisions. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable managing a fast-paced retail floor, supporting wholesale accounts, and driving online sales growth.
This is a leadership role that requires proven experience in parts management, inventory control, vendor relations, and e-commerce strategy, paired with a genuine passion for powersports and boating.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day operations of the Parts & Accessories Department across all product lines
- Build, train, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve monthly sales, margin, and service goals
- Grow revenue through retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels
- Oversee inventory management: purchasing, forecasting, vendor negotiations, receiving, and stock control
- Partner with service, sales, and finance departments to ensure seamless parts availability and customer satisfaction
- Implement data-driven reporting, KPIs, and continuous process improvement
- Maintain an organized, safe, and customer-friendly retail environment
- Stay current on industry trends, new product lines, and emerging digital sales tools
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of high-volume parts management experience in powersports and/or marine industries
- Demonstrated success driving revenue and gross profit margins
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies
- Strong background in inventory control and vendor negotiation
- Proven leadership and team-building ability with a collaborative, service-first approach
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with DMS/POS systems (Lightspeed, CDK, DealerTrack, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
