Parts and Accessories Manager | Powersports

A well-established and rapidly growing powersports dealership group in West Texas is seeking a driven and experienced Parts & Accessories Manager to lead a high-performing department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven parts professional who understands inventory management, merchandising, and team leadership in a fast-paced retail environment. The right candidate will take ownership of the department, drive profitability, and elevate the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all Parts & Accessories department operations
• Manage inventory levels, turns, and ordering strategy
• Drive retail sales, margins, and departmental profitability
• Lead, coach, and develop parts staff
• Maintain strong relationships with OEMs and vendors
• Ensure showroom merchandising and product presentation are optimized
• Collaborate with Service to support technician efficiency and uptime

Ideal Candidate

• Prior experience managing a Parts Department (powersports, automotive, or similar)
• Strong understanding of inventory control, KPIs, and margin management
• Proven leadership and team-building ability
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Customer-focused with a sense of urgency and accountability
