Internet Sales Professional | Powersports

Compensation: $60K-$120K
Our client is adding an Internet Sales Professional to support inbound digital sales activity across multiple dealership locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on fast response times, enjoys working leads, and understands how strong follow-up drives showroom traffic and closed deals.
You will be a front-line sales contributor responsible for engaging online shoppers, qualifying interest, and moving customers efficiently into the dealership sales process.
What You’ll Do
- Respond quickly to online sales inquiries, web leads, and credit applications
- Engage customers by phone and email to build rapport and identify buying intent
- Maintain accurate CRM activity and daily lead follow-up discipline
- Promote available inventory across multiple store locations
- Coordinate with in-store sales teams to schedule appointments and transfer qualified buyers
- Support inventory visibility through accurate listings and basic online merchandising
- Keep sales management informed of lead activity, customer progress, and opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, or high-volume phone environments
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Ability to manage multiple leads, conversations, and priorities at once
- Comfort working with CRM systems and dealership software
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Familiarity with powersports or similar retail products is helpful, but not required
Work Setting
This position operates in a dealership office environment supporting multiple locations and sales teams. The role requires consistent computer and phone use, with occasional coordination across departments.
