GSM/Sales Manager | Powersports
Location: South Central, US
Compensation: $150K-$250K
We represent a large, high-volume powersports dealership seeking a results-driven GSM/Sales Manager to elevate its sales volume.
This dealership will retail 2,000+ units in 2026. The Finance team is one of the strongest in the group, and there is significant untapped revenue in this large market. The right candidate has high-volume experience (1500-1800 units/year) and has managed 15-25-person sales teams.
This is a commission-driven, performance-first leadership role for a sales operator and team builder/leader who thrives on pace, pressure, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily sales performance across walk-in, phone, and digital leads
- Drive unit volume, closing ratios, CRM execution, and deal discipline
- Coach, motivate, and hold Sales Managers and Sales Associates accountable
- Partner closely with Finance to maximize overall store profitability
- Recruit, develop, and replace sales talent to hit aggressive goals
Ideal Candidate
- Proven GSM and/or Sales Manager experience in a high-volume powersports dealership
- Strong track record driving unit volume and sales performance
- Hands-on, floor-driven leadership style
- Highly competitive, motivated, and commission-oriented
