Compensation: $150K-$160K
An established, high-volume powersports dealership group in the Southeast is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead overall operations and performance in one of its stores. What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of dealership operations across Sales, Service, Parts, and F&I
- Build, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team
- Drive profitability through process discipline, KPI management, and operational execution
- Establish a culture of accountability, performance, and customer satisfaction
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase market share
- Ensure alignment with manufacturer standards and internal operational expectations
