A high-volume, privately owned powersports and marine dealership is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a large, established retail operation in a premier outdoor recreation market. Key Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for dealership performance across Sales, F&I, Service, Parts, and Marine operations
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable department managers and leadership staff
• Drive volume, gross margin, and operational efficiency in a high-throughput environment
• Establish and execute annual budgets, forecasts, and performance targets
• Optimize staffing, compensation plans, and departmental processes
• Maintain strong OEM relationships and ensure compliance standards are met
• Foster a performance-driven, professional culture with long-term retention in mind

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a GM in a high-volume Marine and/or Powersports dealership
• Work experience showing commitment, stability, and longevity
• Demonstrated success leading a high-volume operation
• Powersports dealership experience required; marine experience strongly preferred
• Strong financial acumen with hands-on P&L management experience
• Proven ability to lead teams, build managers, and drive results through people
• Entrepreneurial mindset aligned with privately owned business culture
