Finance Manager | Powersports
Location: South Central, US
Compensation: $95K-$110K
A large and growing powersports dealership group in the Southeast is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for one of its high-performing multi-line stores.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated F&I professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and understands how to structure deals, work with lenders, and present finance and protection products while delivering a strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Finance & Insurance
- Present finance and protection products to customers
- Structure financing with lender partners to secure approvals
- Maintain compliance with dealership policies and regulations
Dealership Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team to structure deals
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders
- Ensure contracts are accurate and funded in a timely manner
Customer Experience
- Guide customers through the financing process clearly and professionally
- Maintain transparency and a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Prior Finance Manager or F&I Manager experience in a dealership
- Powersports, automotive, RV, or marine experience preferred
- Strong understanding of lending, deal structuring, and compliance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
