Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the dealership’s finance and insurance (F&I) operations.
• Present and sell financing, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers.
• Achieve strong product penetration percentages to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with lender requirements and dealership policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contract processing.
• Partner with the sales team to drive consistent deal flow and closing ratios.
• Train and mentor sales staff on F&I product presentations and best practices.
• Deliver a high level of professionalism, hospitality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a Finance Manager in powersports and/or marine retail.
• Track record of strong product penetration and profit margin performance.
• Solid understanding of finance programs, compliance, and lender relations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Powersports or marine industry experience strongly preferred.
