This market offers an affordable cost of living compared to major metros, with median home prices generally in the $300,000–$345,000 range and average rents of roughly $1,000–$1,100/month for a 1-bedroom and $1,150–$1,250/month for a 2-bedroom. Position Overview

The Finance Manager will structure deals, maximize product penetration, and ensure full compliance across all financing and insurance transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Structure financing and present menu products on every deal
• Maximize F&I product penetration (warranty, GAP, accessories, etc.)
• Maintain strong lender relationships and secure competitive financing terms
• Ensure full compliance with state and federal finance regulations
• Partner with sales management to ensure smooth deal flow

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Finance Manager, powersports or Harley-Davidson experience preferred
• Experience with a 9-step sales process
• Rock-solid ethics and a strong moral compass
• Strong product penetration and menu-selling track record
• Working knowledge of lender programs and compliance requirements
