We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of a privately held, globally recognized powersports safety brand with approximately $75M in annual revenue. This is an entry-level, career-launch opportunity designed for someone who wants to break into the motorcycle and powersports industry with a respected international manufacturer.
This position is based in the Northeastern United States in a market offering an exceptional quality of life, with median home prices ranging approximately $300k, four true seasons, and access to both rural landscapes and metropolitan amenities. Position Overview
The After Sales Support and Dealer Services Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting dealers, distributors, and end users. This is a highly visible role within a small U.S. team that interfaces regularly with international leadership.
The position blends customer service, technical product support, light warehouse coordination, and field engagement at industry events.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide technical and product support to dealers, distributors, and customers
- Process and coordinate replacement part orders and warranty-related inquiries
- Assist with inventory organization and small warehouse parts management
- Support dealer sales efforts with product knowledge and marketing materials
- Travel to trade shows, dealer visits, and select racing events
- Assist with logistics and distribution of materials
- Maintain accurate records, order tracking, and communication follow-ups
Travel Requirements
Travel is primarily within the U.S., with occasional opportunities in Canada and limited international travel for training.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable presenting to groups and representing a brand professionally
- Strong verbal communication skills and customer-facing confidence
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage routine administrative processes
- Able to work effectively in a small, collaborative team environment
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel as needed
- Valid passport or ability to obtain one for potential international training
Japanese language skills are a plus but not required.
Compensation and Benefits
- $40,000 to $45,000 base salary commensurate with experience
