ACTION Recruiting Adds Two Harley-Davidson Dealership Pros to the Team
Sara Llamas and Chad Anderson Join Firm to Support Growing Demand for Motorcycle Dealership Top Talent
Fallbrook, California – (September 15, 2022) – Powersports industry talent acquisition firm ACTION Recruiting announced the addition of two high-performance Harley-Davidson dealership professionals to the recruiting team.
Chad Anderson’s Harley-Davidson experience includes seven recent years with Gruene and Javelina Harley-Davidson serving both stores as their Strategic Business Development Manager. Before joining the civilian ranks with the Texas-based dealership group, Chad served in the United States Army for more than 20 years, retiring in 2014.

Sara Llamas recently joined Team ACTION after a seven-year assignment with Rice Lake Harley-Davidson in Wisconsin. Her dealership experience includes several customer-facing roles including Business/Finance Manager, General Merchandise/Motorclothes Manager, Marketing Manager, and Interim GM. Before discovering her passion for the brand, she held customer-service, marketing and event management roles with national brands like Best Buy corporate and the American Cancer Society.
“Sara’s diverse work experience inside and outside of the Harley-Davidson dealership network is quite remarkable. Her network and natural talent hunting skills are already driving her to discover a variety of fresh talent. To keep pace with a growing client roster and staffing demands across all sectors of the powersports industry, two additional support positions have been filled, including an admin support role and candidate sourcing expert.
